margin
- The space separating text or other elements from the
edge of the paper. Most programs let you set top, bottom, left and right
margins. Standard margin settings are 1" top and bottom and 1.25" left and
right. You can adjust these settings through the page set up.
media type - The material that is used to print
on, like paper, transparency film or glossy paper.
memory card slot - This is based on a concept
that is like direct connect printing. Insert the memory card from a digital
camera into a slot on the printer for direct digital image output.
multifunction printer - This type of printer
performs many tasks like printing, scanning and copying. About half these
printers also offer faxing capabilities.
